If the bank declines payment, Suttell & Hammer, P.S. is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account. In no event shall partial payments made to your account via Payment Vision constitute “settlement in full” or “payment in full” unless previously agreed to by an agent of Suttell & Hammer, P.S.
